- A leader to manage and monitoring CS team performance focusing on front office process (Order on Hand & Sales Forecast) - Handling Customer orders
• Responsible for undertaking the total sales administrative functions, in support of the Sales team.
• Having collaboration with Purchasing and Warehouse team to prepare and process Sales Order to reach confirmed delivery date.
• Handling of all for company necessary documentation (Customer’s PO and SO, DO, Invoice and E-Faktur that generated by company’s system).
• Follow up any inquiry from Customer and Sales team regarding to status of order and delivery.
• Ensure the GP is correct and communication with Sales team before Invoice creation.
• Involve in Aging Stock control, by using old batches in Delivery Order creation.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales team to match the monthly sales forecast.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business administration, Management or any major.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in leading customer service dept. of trading company.
• Having SAP knowledge (especially in SD & PS Module)
• Having good communication both oral and written.
