Responsible for driving business growth within the Data Center segment by leveraging deep technical and industry knowledge. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing tailored solutions with our cable technology portfolio, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in Data Center infrastructure development.
This position will collaborate closely with the sales team, technical experts, and strategic partners to expand market share and ensure long-term success in the data center sector.
To map data center end user and its ecosystem to leverage JJ Lapp product in data center segment
Responsibilities
Operational & Technical
- Provide in-depth technical and commercial expertise to support sales teams in customer engagements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet client needs and increase win rates.
- Monitor and track ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction, leading to stronger client loyalty.
- Work with marketing to develop data center–specific campaigns and tools to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility in the target segment.
- Partner with the technical team to validate and enhance product competitiveness, ensuring solutions consistently meet compliance, performance, and sustainability requirements.
- Gather and share insights on customer needs and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making and refine product-market fit.
Commercial
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the data center segment to expand market presence and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Act as subject matter expert in data center trends, standards, and cabling solutions to position the company as a trusted advisor and preferred partner in the industry.
- Support the Head of Business Development in achieving order intake and profitability targets to ensure overall business objectives are met and shareholder value is maximized.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with data center operators, consultants, contractors, and technology partners to secure long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Collaborate on pricing, contract negotiations, and proposals to create competitive yet profitable offerings that strengthen market position.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or solution consulting within the ICT, cabling, or data center industry.
- Posses communicatively understandable English skill
- Day to day reporting experience will be a help
- Good teamwork player
- Highly self-motivated to overcome challenge and meet company expectation or even exceed
- Proactive individual that can develop the work with less supervision
