Procurement Import and Logistic Executive

Responsible for managing end to end import purchasing and logistic activity , ensuring timely procurement material from local and overseas suppliers in compliance with Indonesia exim regulations, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing activities for local and oversea supplier inline with internal policies and procedures.
• Sources, evaluate and negotiate with supplier to achieve optimal cost, quality and delivery term.
• Monitor procurement budget and cost saving initiatives.
• Handling Import activity and compliance with government regulation.
• Prepare regular report on purchasing performance, import status and cost analysist.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery goods and services to customer.
• Coordinate with transport vendor, internal department to solve logistic issue.
• Monitor Inventory level and stock movement to support operational need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preference in supply chain management ,logistic
• 2- 5 years experience in procurement, logistic .
• Familiar with procurement systems and inventory tools
• Understand of relevant regulation ( e.g exim , tax goods procurement , SNI , TKDN
• Experience in ERP systems ( SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or similar ) is advantage.
• Proficient in Ms office especially in excel
• Fluent in Indonesia and English
