This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a lean and dynamic environment, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role is suited for a self-driven and disciplined individual who is comfortable working independently and contributing across multiple marketing activities.
• Support brand communication initiatives, including content creation, presentation development, and updating marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain digital communication channels (e.g., social media, newsletters, internal platforms) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to generate insights that support marketing strategies and business growth.
-Identify and analyse new business segments and partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s direction.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments to support strategic positioning.
-Consolidate research findings into clear reports and presentations for management review.
• Support branding initiatives such as team uniforms, brand representation and activities aligned with Group brand identity guidelines.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in marketing, with curiosity towards application-driven, service-oriented, and technology-based industries (e.g., railway and aerospace sectors).
• Preferably able to commit for 6 months and available to commence in June or July 2026
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a lean team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative and explore new ideas.
• Good analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across both strategic and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., social media, basic design tools, or presentation software) will be an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
