this position is responsible for initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the Department’s products sold and assigned by the Company, with special emphasis on growing the business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company.
Responsibilities
1. To initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the Company's sales and income budget.
2. To prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the annual sales and income target as assigned by Department manager
3. To identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration.
4. To conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.
5. To establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/ support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 3-5 year experience as Sales of Pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.
- Background in production, R&D, QA&QC in Pharmaceuticals manufacturing is an advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office and other software application).
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Own transportation with valid driving license.
- Dynamic personality and positive attitude.
