Stay in contact with Business Admin Manager and Admin Executives to help support day to day operations. 1. Attend AdHoc SVO creation request received via WA. Ensure correct customer and site picked, input equipment data and order release accordingly. 2. Coordinate with Admin Executives to maintain and update -Equipment Master, Customer Master, PMA records, Business License, company vehicles. 3. Assist in daily report preparation – FSM JDAF and RRB Check. 4. Assist in monthly report preparation – a) WIP report and PO status updates. b) AdHoc SVO Quotation and PO check. 6. Inter-Co order management – order conversion, coordinate with production planner on order ETA date and update customer accordingly. 7. New task assigned from time to time. Required: 1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English 2. Preferrable availability min 3 months. 3. Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. 4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently.
