Logistics Executive

Working closely with internal teams, suppliers/ vendors and 3PL to ensure timely managerial & operational duties.

Responsibilities

*** Managerial/ Supervisory:

• To initiate MRP run for Parts & Services.
• Monthly submit fill rate report for parts sales.
• Optimization of storage space – work closely with Service Manager on disposal of obsolete inventory.
• To manage stock variance.

***  Operational:

-     Timely B2B Purchasing orders issued to Suppliers/ Vendors and shipments follow up & update

-     Customs clearance and Goods Receipt, Goods receipt data entry and working with 3PL for inbound

-     Timely & correctly submit supporting documents for AP process

-     Inventory management

-     Others jobs assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Good skill of English
• College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in related field     
• 3 years solid experience in relevant field.
• Self-motivation, negotiating skills and can work independently.
