As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers to generate leads for the sales team. This role is key to expanding our customer base and supporting revenue growth through proactive outreach, data collection, and CRM management.
- Lead Research & Qualification
• Research and identify potential customers from various sources: online platforms, databases, directories, exhibitions, LinkedIn, etc.
• Segment target leads by industry, company size, and relevance to JJ-LAPP’s product portfolio.
• Validate key information: contact details, business needs, decision-makers, and project status.
- Initial Outreach
• Make initial contact with potential leads via email, phone calls, or LinkedIn to verify interest.
• Introduce JJ-LAPP’s offerings and qualify the level of interest before passing to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments or demos when required.
- CRM & Data Management
• Create and update leads, contacts, and accounts in the C4C CRM system.
• Ensure lead data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Track follow-ups, lead sources, and conversion status.
- Collaboration
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and territory focus.
• Support marketing events or campaigns by helping generate pre-event or post-event leads.
• Provide regular feedback to sales on lead quality and pipeline gaps.
