Provide efficient technical service and support, including assembly, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), delivery & commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment and related parts. The role also supports in-house delivery services to ensure all service activities meet T&I Quality Systems and Service Standards. Implement sales activities and opportunities development for the assigned products and customer territory to achieve the income budget growth target agreed by company.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, PDI, delivery, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Support in-house delivery services and daily service operations.
- Ensure service activities comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Assist in maintaining service documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
- Support warranty claim investigation and preparation of required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes.
Qualifications
· Degree in Agricultural Mechanical Engineering or related fields (e.g. hydraulic systems, agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, electrical systems, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and EV systems)
· Able to communicate in English will be advantage
· Minimum 3 years of working experience
· Experience in Agricultural or heavy equipment or vehicle maintenance will be an advantage.
