Cooperate and support to implement strategic plan of responsible industry to align with the company strategic plan. Involve of new business area and build up relationship with principals including support Department Manager to supervise the team to achieve targets set by the Company.
Responsibilities
• Manage sales activities and customer accounts to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop and expand market opportunities by identifying new business prospects and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct customer visits to provide support, strengthen partnerships, and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor business performance, and report market trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers on commercial and technical matters, including pricing and business development initiatives.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare competitive quotations to maximize profitability.
• Monitor customer credit status and ensure timely payment collection in line with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining high service standards.
• Manage inventory planning and purchasing activities to ensure product availability while minimizing obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and QEHS requirements.
Qualifications
· A university graduate in Food Science or related technical field.
· Good command of English and computer literacy.
· Own transportation and able to go upcountry.
· Min. 5-7 years’ Experience in sales & marketing in related field (Savory and Bakery segment).
· Strong sales acumen and self-motivation
· Have a good leadership and manageable skill
