Manage income, customers territory, supplier handling, inventory management, involving sales growth plan and others task assigned by the superior to achieve targets settled by Company.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and profit targets within the designated product portfolio and customer territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through market analysis, customer engagement, and relationship building.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and territory management strategies to support business growth.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Organize and support supplier visits, customer meetings, and technical/commercial presentations.
• Manage inventory planning to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Prepare competitive quotations and provide commercial analysis to maximize business profitability.
• Monitor customer creditworthiness and ensure timely payment collection.
• Collaborate with suppliers on technical and commercial matters, including pricing negotiations and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and QEHS requirements.
· A university graduate in Food Science or related technical field.
· Good command of English and computer literacy.
· Own transportation and able to go upcountry
· Min. 1-5 years’ Experience in sales & marketing especially Savory & Bakery Segment.
· Strong sales acumen and self-motivation.
