The Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales through tele sales and telemarketing, while providing technical and commercial support to customers. This role focuses on meeting sales targets & managing active customer by working closely with the Supervisor to contribute to overall business growth and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in terms of Number of Active Customers and Order Value by organizing, planning, and managing tele sales activities for cable products in the designated area.
- Expand contacts through phone calls, meetings, and other sales activities, and ensure customer data is accurately recorded in the C4C system.
- Ensure C4C (Customer for Customer) system is actively used for day-to-day activities, including logging calls, tracking opportunities, and managing customer information.
- Follow proper telephone etiquette to maintain good rapport with customers and gather valuable feedback on product effectiveness, service quality, and market trends.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring all required documentation and quotations are completed before processing purchase orders with the customer service team.
- Implement the Sales Effectiveness Program (SEP) in daily sales activities to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets in the designated area.
- Coordinate with the customer service team on orders, returns, shipments, and products to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers when needed, ensuring they receive comprehensive solutions.
- Coordinate with the credit control department to manage outstanding accounts receivable (AR) for customers within the designated area, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with outdoor sales to prepare sales plans, secure orders, and meet monthly/annual sales targets for the company’s products, solutions, and services.
- Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a fair, democratic, and good working atmosphere within the team
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of any related field
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles like tele sales & tele marketing, sales administration
- Sales driven person which has experience to work in high pressure in order to achieve number of targets
- Having experience of working in industry such as Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Data Center, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction
- Having an experience to do Sales Costing in excel file
- Able to work independently, take responsibility for tasks, and be a team player
- Good command of both English and Bahasa (local language).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
