Regional Supply Chain Excellence & Transformation Manager

The Regional Supply Chain & Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the Turf & Irrigation Regional Supply Chain function across multiple countries. The role oversees inventory planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, supply chain governance, and continuous improvement activities while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve working capital performance, and strengthen supply chain capabilities. The incumbent will lead regional efforts to transform supply chain operations through process standardization, digitalization, data analytics, automation, organizational capability building, and implementation of best practices. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities to influence teams across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• APICS CPIM / CSCP 
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt 
• PMP or Project Management Certification 
• SAP Certification 

Experience 

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Operations. 
• Proven experience leading supply chain transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Experience managing regional or multi-country operations. 
• Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain technologies. 
• Familiarity with hazardous substances management and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
