Jobholder is responsible to Food Department’s sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of food products sold and assigned by the Company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and effective teamwork.
- Drive sales growth by promoting assigned products, solutions, and services while achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and support long-term business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, product costing, sales plans, reports, and activity updates for management review.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and project coordination professionally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales follow-up and ensure collections are made within approved credit terms.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline, preferably Food Science & Technology
- Preferably with at least 3 years sales experience in similar industry
- Solid foundation in technology – computer skills and CRM experience a plus.
