Sales Exec./ Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for the budgeted sales and income targets by initiating, promoting, and developing sales opportunities for the range of assigned products sold by the Company. This position also requires to continually improve and strengthen the relationship with our customers and suppliers.

Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, customer engagement, and consistent reporting
Responsible for forecasting, executing sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
2. <<Collaboration with>>
Build strong customer and supplier relationships through sales and relationship management
Conduct regular client visits, technical and commercial support, and efficient order processing, while also serving as a key liaison with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunities
3. <<Development of strategies>>
Expand market reach by acquiring new customers and opportunities, while providing technical support ang managing product lifecycle from sample testing to commercialization
4. <<Manage and drive implementation>>
Conduct market analysis, inventory management, and sales follow-up
Proactively track customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing accounts receivable to minimize financial risk
5. <<Compliance internal>>
Ensure compliance and process integrity, adherence to internal guidelines and audit recommendations
Monitor sales team processes, implement corrective actions, and provide necessary audit documentation
6. <<EHS>>
Strict adherence to company policies, including those related to conduct, quality management, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS)
Compliance with legal and operational EHS requirements, and active participation in EHS programs
7. <<Compliance external>>
To ensure clients adhere to Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients (P) Inc. process, guidelines in terms of doing business transactions
Graduate of the following courses: BS Chemistry, Chem Engineering or related course.
At least 2-3 years of sales or technical experience selling/managing product application of raw material for Paint, Ink, Adhesive and Construction Industry
1-2 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing experience preferable in the assigned Industry is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and SAP C4C sales module
Strong Sales acumen and self-motivation
Strong leadership skills and people management
