To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, PDI, delivery and commissioning, trouble-shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.
· Perform assigned field service jobs and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation is submitted for task completion, customer satisfaction, and achievement of division sales targets.
· Use the Mobile FSM to record and synchronize real-time service data, accurately capturing labor hours and travel logs for seamless integration with SAP.
· Conduct testing and failure analysis on customers’ equipment to improve and stabilize performance during assigned service tasks, and recommend replacement parts when necessary.
· Maintain service facilities and vehicles in good working condition in line with 5S standards, and recommend repairs or servicing as necessary. Accountability for all assigned assets & report of any loss, damaged or missing assets.
· Perform troubleshooting for routine technical faults, thereafter report findings and communicate with Supervisor / service Engineer.
· Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical and control components on cranes, hoists and material-handling equipment, including motors, brakes, contactors, relays, sensors, limit switches, control panels and power supplies.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and terminal plans, and use electrical test instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters and insulation resistance testers to trace faults and verify repairs.
· Carry out basic diagnostics on PLC input/output signals and inverter or variable-frequency drive (VFD) systems, perform safe electrical isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO), and complete functional testing and recommissioning; escalate complex issues to the Supervisor or Service Engineer.
· Participate in periodic service and safety training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure compliance with industry EHS standards in all field activities.
· Maintain service facilities and vehicles in good working condition in line with 5S standards, and recommend repairs or servicing as necessary. Accountability for all assigned assets & report of any loss, damaged or missing assets.
· Perform field activities in compliance with EHS procedures to ensure adherence to required safety standards.
· Maintain allocated service tools and all relevant Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
· To attend to, with urgency, all service calls and is responsible to provide efficient and reliable scheduled maintenance for all equipment. To ensure equipment is tested upon completion before handing over to clients.
· To, at all times, represent the Company in the best possible way, and to relate to clients with professionalism and integrity.
· To assemble, deliver and commission equipment at customer sites, and to train users on its operation.
· To observe safety precautions and to execute correct engineering practices at all times so as to minimise risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.
· To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline both within the office floor and workshop as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
· To be responsible to comply with the Group and Company Environment, Health and safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.
· To carry out service contracts which our company has with customers.
· To prepare parts recommendation of repairs to admin team for customers
· To assist the manager in seminars, workshop and product demonstration on ad-hoc basis.
· To complete service order as per completed job.
· Any other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualification:
· NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
· Fresh to 2 years of working experience in a technician or maintenance role within the mechanical, electrical, or heavy equipment industry.
. With overhead crane service & repair experience is preferred.
. With Class 3 driving license is preferred.
. Work at height.
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
. Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
. Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, three-phase motors, contactors, relays, sensors, limit switches and electrical protection devices.
. Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and trace faults using a multimeter, clamp meter and insulation resistance tester.
. Basic knowledge of PLC input/output signals and inverter or VFD fault diagnosis, with awareness of safe electrical isolation, LOTO, functional testing and recommissioning.
