Provide daily onsite IT system administration and user support, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Manage O365 system administration tasks such as user account setup, access management, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and reliable IT services across assigned sites.

Responsibilities

General IT Support

•     Administer server operations at all designated sites (see Appendix A), including user ID creation and maintenance, print queue configuration, access rights assignment, password management, and file/folder organization.

•     Install and maintain IT hardware at all listed locations in Appendix A.

•     Deploy and configure only licensed application software on all workstations, ensuring licenses are managed according to the entitlement list approved by Management, and maintain accurate records in the in-house asset management system.

•     Monitor and verify desktop management system updates and patches across all servers and workstations.

•     Provide Helpdesk support to all staff at designated sites for hardware and software issues.

•     Conduct hardware/software training for new staff and when new application software is introduced.

•     Maintain and manage intruder detection systems (e.g., biometric readers, CCTV systems).

•     Ensure proper documentation for the operation and maintenance of assigned systems.

•     Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new IT equipment such as laptops and desktops.

 


Administration of Group M365 Email & Collaboration System

•     Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the Group Email & Collaboration Systems.

•     Manage user system accounts for the group, ensuring accurate and timely account maintenance.

•     Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Group Email & Collaboration Systems to Local IT Support and end users.

•     Maintain comprehensive documentation for the operation and maintenance of assigned systems within SEQUEST CIs.

•     Ensure all operations comply with established Group IT policies, standards, and practices.

•     Execute IT projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.


Qualifications

•     Diploma in IT related discipline.

•     Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity and high usage end user support environment. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

•     Good team player.

•     Good communication skills and customer oriented.
