Service Operation Manager

Lead service operations, drive team performance, and deliver great customer experience while supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Service Operations

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards
• Monitor team performance and technician utilization to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Lead and Develop the Team

• Manage, coach, and support service team members
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
• Identify training needs and help team members grow
• Build a strong team culture with ownership and accountability

Drive Performance & Cost Control

• Manage resources (people, tools, equipment) to meet business targets
• Monitor work progress, expenses, and overall performance
• Support invoicing and follow up on payments with Finance
• Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and service providers

Deliver Great Customer Experience

• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Support problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Monitor service quality and continuously improve processes

Support Business Growth

• Support rental service activities such as preventive maintenance planning
• Track performance to ensure alignment with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in service operations or related work
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Experience with SAP is a plus (SQL is an advantage)
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Willing to travel upcountry / visit customer sites.
