Responsibilities
Manage Service Operations
- Oversee daily service operations and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards
- Monitor team performance and technician utilization to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Lead and Develop the Team
- Manage, coach, and support service team members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
- Identify training needs and help team members grow
- Build a strong team culture with ownership and accountability
Drive Performance & Cost Control
- Manage resources (people, tools, equipment) to meet business targets
- Monitor work progress, expenses, and overall performance
- Support invoicing and follow up on payments with Finance
- Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and service providers
Deliver Great Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Support problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Monitor service quality and continuously improve processes
Support Business Growth
- Support rental service activities such as preventive maintenance planning
- Track performance to ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in service operations or related work
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Experience with SAP is a plus (SQL is an advantage)
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Willing to travel upcountry / visit customer sites.
