Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage service activities across rental equipment, equipment sales, and after-sales services. You will focus on improving efficiency, controlling costs, and delivering excellent customer experience, while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage and execute assigned projects to meet timeline, cost, and quality targets
- Join handover & kick-off meetings to ensure clear understanding of project scope, specs, and requirements
- Plan and coordinate project schedules with Project Manager / team
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor site progress, attend site meetings, and coordinate installation, testing & commissioning
- Ensure all materials and requirements are updated in SAP to avoid delays
- Track project progress, costs, and profitability through SAP and internal systems
- Support billing plans & invoicing process in line with contract terms
- Prepare and submit required documentation to comply with local regulations
- Ensure proper project handover including O&M manuals and final documentation
- Support and monitor installation team to ensure work meets project requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in project management or project execution
- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and site work
- Familiar with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively
- Willing to travel upcountry / visit customer sites.
